No Personal Suppport Required:  Email only support for 12 months from the date of purchase with 8 hours of consultation and a maximum response time of 72 hours during working days (Monday to Friday).

Silver Support Plan:   Email only support for 12 months from the date of purchase with 2 hours a week of consultation and a maximum response time of 48 hours during working days (Monday to Friday).

Gold Support Plan:   Telephone and Email support for 12 months from the date of purchase with 4 hours a week of consultation and a maximum response time of of 24 hours during working days (Monday to Friday).

Platinum Support Plan:  Telephone and Email support for 12 months from the date of purchase with 8 hours a week of consultation and a maximum response time of 8 hours during working days (Monday to Friday). Telephone only support in the weekend through our Standby Service for Priority 1 Calls.

Anything beyond each Support Plan will be charged at our standard rate for technicians.
