CallControl was launched in 2001 to provide customers professional services to benefit from their existing callcenter solution. As these customers were mostly Top 500 Leading Dutch and Belgium Companies, CallControl decided in 2011 that also the Small and Medium Enterprises should be able to benefit from a high-end proven communication solution supported by our experience but without making the associated big investments.
